Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Blipvoice at blipvoice.com. Blipvoice is operated by SPACESTREAM.com Ltd.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using Blipvoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2) What Blipvoice is for

Blipvoice is a small invoicing tool. It lets you keep a list of clients, build and send invoices, generate PDF copies, and export simple reports. You use it to record your own business activity.

3) Invite‑only access

Registration currently requires a valid invitation code. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion, for example where the service is being misused or is under investigation for abuse.

4) Your account & security

You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact support@blipvoice.com.

5) Your content

The client records, invoices, profile information and other data you enter into Blipvoice are your content. You retain all rights to it. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, and for making sure you have the right to enter information about third parties (for example, your clients).

You grant Blipvoice the limited permission needed to store your content, render it on your behalf, and deliver it to recipients you specify (for example, sending an invoice by email to a client you named).

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Blipvoice to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate another person or business, or issue invoices you are not entitled to issue.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other protective mechanisms.
• Interfere with normal operation of the service, including by automated scraping or overloading it.

7) Outbound email

When you send an invoice, Blipvoice dispatches it through Amazon SES from noreply@blipvoice.com on your behalf, with your business email set as the reply‑to. You are responsible for the content of invoices you send and for the legitimacy of the recipients you nominate.

8) Availability & changes

Blipvoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.

9) No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. Blipvoice is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACESTREAM.com Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use Blipvoice.

11) Third‑party services

Blipvoice relies on Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SES, Route 53) to operate. Your use of those underlying services through Blipvoice is subject to their terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third‑party outages or changes.

12) Termination

You may stop using Blipvoice at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your account data may be deleted; you can also request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@blipvoice.com.

13) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
